Line Overview
This line is designed for high-loft, high-GSM nonwoven structures requiring softness, bulk, and resilience.
It adopts a dual-path system combining airlaid web formation, fiber opening, and two processing routes:
--Direct needlepunching + winding
--Thermal bonding + sheet cutting
The system uses modified German-engineered airlay equipment, optimized for stable fiber distribution.
It enables production of bulk cushioning materials, including mattresses, pillows, and upholstery fillings, where loft recovery and structural stability are critical.
