High-Density Zoned Needling Structural Design (Core Capability)

  • Configuration of 4 needle punching machines / 7 needle boards.
  • Zoned control for Main Needling + Finishing (Main needling: 33,670 needles/m + Finishing: 16,333 needles/m).
  • Total needling density approx. 500–1000 punches/cm².

Staged Needling Reinforcement Structure

  • Main Needling: 337–674 punches/cm² (Structure establishment).
  • Finishing: 163–326 punches/cm² (Surface optimization).
  • Realizes separate control of structural strength and surface quality.

High-Stability Needling Process Control

  • Advance-per-stroke > 5mm/time + High fiber-carrying needles.
  • Improves fiber entanglement efficiency while avoiding structural damage.
  • Adapts to the characteristics of high-elasticity and lofty fiber webs.
