Dual-path Production Line Design

  • Integrated line featuring both a Spunlace section and a Needle Punching Folding section to handle different material types.
  • Flexible switching between products to maximize equipment efficiency.

Specialized Needling Units

  • Spunlace Line: Features a co-positional counter-punching structure tailored for scrim-reinforced composites, enhancing entanglement between fibers and woven fabric.
  • Needle Punching Line: High-density needling across multiple units (up to approx. 58,050 needles/m) + secondary needling.
  • Utilization of high fiber-carrying needles with reasonable advance-per-stroke (≥ 5–6 mm).
  • Guaranteed high peel strength and structural stability, achieving a smooth surface with minimal shedding.
